Short Term Anger Management Groups

Short Term Groups offer court approved classes. This includes an 8 hour total curriculum that can be split-up within 30 days. Connect with others while learning about your own triggers , management style, and new techniques to regain control.

Individual Anger Management Programs

Our Long Term Individual Programs provide personalized support, connectivity, and guidance to help achieve long-term goals through in person and/or phone sessions.

Ongoing Anger Management Support Groups

Our evidence-based anger management support groups are designed to support individuals in developing healthy coping strategies and overcoming destructive behavioral patterns. Now available in-person or through Zoom!   Check monthly calendar weekly for topic coverage!

Re-entry Program

Our re-entry program provides support and resources to individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration, helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate successfully with positive solutions. Referrals made to HRDI in Chicago, IL.

CHILD'S Approach To Parenting Court Approved Program

The 'CHILD'S Approach To Parenting Program' is designed to enhance the parent's current parenting skills and style and assist them in improving on areas that need further development for a healthier lifestyle.

Trucking Company Partnerships

The Choose Your Path program is designed for the Trucking Industry to assist truck drivers that are under stress to maintain safety on the road and assist them in job security.

About the Specialist
In the beginning, the objective was to learn how to be a specialized provider in which I could be someone who illustrtates and illuminates the qualities of real life healthy services.The goal has lead to a mission of fullly assessing an individual's needs through connecting with them on a spiritual level.I develop a program to work on these underlying anger emotions and the emotional effects that create a breakdown in their lives.Through the mastery areas of Anger Managment,the Addictive Processes,Trauma-based Issues,and the Empathic Connectivity,I can assist others in their Life Changing process.
